The Orange County Community Foundation is thrilled to present the first-ever Orange County Economic Opportunity Report!

We launched the landmark study with a presentation on key findings, a panel of nonprofit and education leaders, and breakout sessions exploring strategic recommendations from the report. Focused on strengthening workforce pathways and aligning education with employer needs across Orange County, the report offers a clear roadmap for expanding economic mobility and regional competitiveness.
