Launched as a community-wide giving day in 2015 in honor of OCCF’s 25th anniversary, this year marks ten years of I ❤OC Giving Days! Over the past decade, we’ve expanded our efforts to power ten Giving Days covering a wide array of causes and bringing together dozens of nonprofit organizations with shared missions. Since 2015, we’ve hosted 67 Giving Days which have included 1,500 participating nonprofits, 57, 326 donors, and have collectively raised over $30 million.
We are incredibly grateful to the donors and nonprofits who, together, have made this an incredibly successful and impactful initiative and look forward to many more years of growing the good in the Orange County community.
We are thrilled to announce the election of Christopher D. Tower, CPA, to our esteemed Board of Governors. With his extensive experience in financial oversight, sustainability, and strategic leadership, Christopher is a valuable addition to OCCF. He joins a distinguished group of business and community leaders who are dedicated to guiding one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing community foundations.
Join OCCF for an exciting Game Night for Emerging Leaders, where next-gen professionals and changemakers can connect, unwind, and gain valuable insights into innovative nonprofits making a difference in Orange County. This laid-back evening promises a perfect blend of networking, engaging lawn games, and good vibes, offering the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with like-minded peers.
